By using this website you agree to these terms and to all applicable laws. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or order from us.
2. Products and services
Kraft3D Creations makes custom 3D printed items, including miniatures, terrain, cosplay props and armor, decor, personalized gifts, prototypes, and replacement parts. Everything is made to order, and minor variations inherent to 3D printing are normal.
3. Custom orders
All orders are custom-made and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please check your order details carefully before purchasing. See our Return Policy for the full picture.
4. Files you send us
- You confirm you have the legal right to use and reproduce any design you send.
- You grant us the right to manufacture that design solely to fulfill your order.
- We don’t assume responsibility for copyright infringement by customers.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices may change without notice. Payment is required in full before production begins. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or revise the order.
6. Shipping and delivery
Shipping times are estimates and we’re not liable for third-party carrier delays. You’re responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, designs, and any models created by Kraft3D Creations — is our intellectual property and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Kraft3D Creations is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profits
- Damage resulting from misuse or unauthorized modification of our products
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes are posted here with a new effective date, and continued use of the site means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes will be handled in the appropriate Texas courts.
