Shipping Policy

Every item is made to order, so production time depends on the size, complexity, and finish of what you’ve asked for. Your quote includes a timeline.

Processing time

• Standard orders: 3–7 business days
• Large or complex custom prints: 7–14 business days

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Both start once payment clears.

Shipping methods

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the size of the order. A tracking number is sent when your package leaves us.

Delivery times within the U.S.

• Standard: 3–5 business days
• Expedited: 1–3 business days

Local pickup

Local pickup is available in the Royse City area at no charge. Select it on the quote form and we’ll arrange a time once your order is ready.

International shipping

Available on request. Delivery times vary by destination, and any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or delayed packages

We can’t control carrier delays or the effect of an incorrect address entered at checkout, and we aren’t liable for either. That said, if something goes missing, contact us and we’ll help chase it down.
