Custom Work
Six kinds of work come off the print bed here. Find the closest match, tell us what you have in mind, and we’ll quote it. If none of these fit, ask anyway — odd requests are most of the fun.
Minis & Models
High-detail miniatures for tabletop play and larger display pieces for a shelf. Dragons, creatures, party members, busts, and statues.
Cosplay Gear
Helmets, pauldrons, weapons, and accessories. Built in sections where it needs to be, sized to you, and printed in materials that survive a con floor.
Terrain
Omniscape portable terrain kits that pack down between sessions, plus ForgeScape accessories we design ourselves to work alongside them.
Your Own STL
Already have the file? Send it over. We’ll check it for printability, flag anything that needs changing, and print it in the material and finish you pick.
Decor & Gifts
Wall art, HueForge layered prints, articulated pieces, and personalized gifts. Names, dates, logos, and inside jokes all print just fine.
Parts & Prototypes
Brackets, mounts, jigs, enclosures, and the discontinued plastic part that finally snapped. Send a photo with a ruler next to it and we can usually work from that.
Materials
What it gets printed in
Material gets chosen for the job, not for convenience. Here’s the short version of what goes where — we’ll recommend one when we quote.
- PLA
- The default for display pieces and miniatures. Crisp detail, holds fine features, and takes paint well. Not for anything that lives in a hot car.
- Specialty PLA
- Matte, silk, dual-color, marble, wood-filled, and glow-in-the-dark. Finish comes straight from the filament, so a raw print can still look intentional.
- PETG
- Tougher and more flexible than PLA, and it handles heat and moisture. Our pick for functional parts, outdoor pieces, and anything that gets handled hard.
- ASA
- UV-stable and weather-resistant. This is what goes outside and stays outside without going brittle or fading.
- TPU
- Flexible and grippy. Gaskets, bumpers, straps, and the soft parts of a cosplay build that need to bend rather than crack.
- Engineering materials
- Available when a part genuinely calls for it. Tell us the load, the heat, and the environment, and we’ll tell you if it’s worth the cost.
What we need from you
You don’t need a file, a drawing, or the right words. Any one of these is enough to start.
- A reference photo — a screenshot, a product listing, a picture of the thing you want copied.
- A description — “a red dragon, about six inches tall, wings out.” That’s plenty.
- A broken part — photograph it next to a ruler or a coin for scale.
- An STL or 3MF file — if you already have one, we’ll take it from there.
